Pasadena native John Chou, a 27-year resident of
San Marino, proudly announces his candidacy for the San Marino City Council in the November 5 election. With an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and extensive experience as a financial advisor at BofA/Merrill, John is well-equipped to address the city's financial challenges, including budget management and unfunded pension liabilities.
